This is brilliant! I absolutely loved this little story (which I think is just the beginning of a longer piece). It's got all the desired elements for the beginning of a great novel. It draws you right in with a great action scene, great characters, and you still have lots of questions that you now really want answered. And the imagery is marvelous. That Barbie falling down on the werewolf! Urban fantasy at its best. I hope there's more of this somewhere -- I definitely want to read it.
